Qualifications

• Must read, write, and follow oral and written directions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dining services in collaboration with the Dining Director.
• Develop menus meeting residents' nutritional needs and preferences.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and food costs with the culinary team.
• Lead training, scheduling and performance management of staff.
• Ensure health, safety, and dietary compliance; uphold resident rights.
• Plan events and promotions to enhance resident engagement.
