Job summary

CRISTA Senior Living in Shoreline, WA is seeking a Health and Development Manager to lead employee development, wellness programming, and resident engagement, while promoting overall well-being of residents and staff. Collaboration with the Executive Director, Director of Nursing, and Wellness team is essential to create a supportive health-focused environment.

The role supervises wellness staff, develops programs, conducts trainings, and ensures safety and compliance across the community,

• Proven experience in training and supporting staff and resident programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee interviewing, hiring, onboarding and annual reviews; ensure policy compliance.
• Promote resident participation in fitness, wellness, and educational programs.
• Develop and evaluate health, wellness and fitness programming for residents and staff.
• Coordinate wellness-related education and certifications; supervise wellness staff.
• Ensure safety, risk management, and regulatory compliance within the community.
