Integral Senior Living in California seeks a Vibrant Life Assistant to safely operate the community van, supervise residents on outings, and support Vibrant Life activities.

The role emphasizes resident safety, loading/unloading, and assisting with personal care and planned programs; a high school diploma and a valid driver's license are required, with preferred prior driving experience with elderly residents.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old due to driving requirement.
• Valid Class of Driver’s License required by state for vehicle capacity.
• Prefer minimum of two years experience driving a vehicle in a similar setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate property vehicle/van safely for daily outings and medical appointments.
• Assist with loading/unloading residents onto/off the vehicle/van.
• Follow state and federal laws; comply with vehicle inspection standards.
• Participate in daily outings and supervise residents during trips.
• Assist with Vibrant Life activities and programs within the community.
