You will organize events, coordinate with volunteers, and monitor participation and budgets to ensure a safe, enriching environment.

This role emphasizes collaboration with caring staff to tailor activities for varying abilities and to promote social interaction, wellbeing, and resident satisfaction on a daily basis.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent; preferably related college degree.
• Experience in health care, recreation, or hospitality with elderly populations.
• Knowledge of safety and health regulations in senior care.
