Zusammenfassung

Cascadia Senior Living is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant to help coordinate and support resident activity programs, creating a joyful community. You will assist in planning and executing events, post calendars for residents and families, and work with staff to transport residents to activities.

The role values compassion, reliability, and the ability to engage with seniors across various events. A flexible schedule including weekends may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• State-certified activities training preferred or related experience with older adults.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a private vehicle may be required.
• Criminal background check and fingerprinting will be conducted.

Aufgaben

• Help carry out monthly activity programs and post calendars for residents and families.
• Provide one-to-one programming for residents who cannot join group activities.
• Assist with decorating for holidays and help with special events.
• Coordinate with Activities Director and staff for resident transportation to activities.
• Maintain equipment and organize activity storage areas.
