Job summary

Commonwealth Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Activities professional to design and run engaging programs for residents in the Sweet Memories Neighborhood. You will plan a seven-day calendar, provide one-to-one activities, and work closely with the Resident Care Director to tailor experiences that enhance quality of life.

You will monitor ADLs, meals, cleanliness, and documentation, ensuring compliance with Assisted Living regulations.

Qualifications

• Two years of college in a health care field or as an activities professional.
• 1–2 years of full-time experience in activities in adult care or memory care programs.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• UAIs/ISPscertificates or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Designs a creative activity program meeting individual resident needs and interests.
• Plans seven-day activity calendar and provides 1:1 programming when needed.
• Work daily with the Resident Care Director to serve residents, families, visitors, and staff.
• Monitor daily operations of the Sweet Memories Neighborhood and document care.
• Follow state-assisted living regulations and participate in Care Plan meetings.
• Coordinate and deliver CSL Signature Service Programs and events.
• Supervise Program Assistants and train staff; manage volunteers and transportation.
