Job summary

Goldmark Property Management is seeking an Activities Coordinator to bring engaging programs to residents across senior living properties. This role drives experiences through activity planning, events, and resident engagement.

You will develop monthly calendars, coordinate volunteers, manage activity budgets, and document communications in the resident management system. Travel between properties may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of successful experience leading an activities program.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
• Customer service mindset.
• Proficiency in English reading, writing and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead an engaging activities program across multiple properties.
• Create and publish a monthly activities calendar.
• Provide casual leisure activities such as games and movies.
• Develop a network of volunteers for events.
• Document communications in resident management systems.
• Build long-term resident relationships and address requests.
• Oversee and manage the activity budget for each property.
• Assist with decoration and seasonal displays.
• Collaborate with leadership and support teams.
