Job summary

Experience Senior Living LLC. is seeking a Resident Experience Ambassador to enrich resident life through social activities, outings, and personalized engagement. You will help plan monthly programs, document participation, and support the Resident Experience Director with resident wellbeing.

Driving responsibilities and weekend/evening availability are required. The role prefers prior activity planning experience with seniors and strong communication skills to build a vibrant community life

Qualifications

• Previous experience in organizing activities or event planning preferred.
• 1–2 years of working with seniors preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate socials, games, crafts, cooking, movies, outings, and other activities per schedule.
• Collaborate with Resident Experience team to generate ideas and encourage resident participation.
• Maintain and adjust monthly activity calendars for residents.
• Document attendance and 1:1 interactions in Lifeloop.
• Assist in transporting residents to activities and driving duties as needed.
