Regency Hermiston is seeking an activities assistant to provide and supervise enrichment opportunities for residents, addressing their physical, social, cultural, spiritual, emotional, and recreational needs. You will support the care team and residents' families, helping residents reach their highest potential.

This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position with a mission-driven team devoted to compassionate senior care and community leadership.

Competenze

• Ability to work independently and relate positively with others.
• Advocate for the senior population and support families.
• Hold a valid driver's license and access to a private vehicle.

Mansioni

• Provide resident activities on a group and individual basis.
• Promote and follow the monthly schedule of activities.
• Document residents' participation and attitudes in medical records and attend care conferences.
• Report to the activities director.
