Job summary

Regency Pacific is seeking an activities assistant in Washington to provide and supervise enrichment opportunities that meet residents' physical, social, cultural, spiritual, emotional, and recreational needs. You will assist the care team and residents' families to help residents reach their highest potential.

The position is part-time, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM, 3–5 days per week, with independent work and strong interpersonal skills as key assets.

Qualifications

• Provide resident activities on a group and individual basis
• Promote and follow the monthly schedule of activities
• Document medical records regarding residents' attitude, participation level, etc., and attend care conferences
• Report to the activities director
