Job summary

The Waters in Minnesota is seeking an Activities Coordinator (Active Life Coordinator) to develop and implement engaging programs that help residents thrive. This role supports Petals Memory Care, focusing on social connections and life fulfillment through activities like exercise classes, arts, and community events.

You will work a flexible schedule (4 hours/day, 3 days/week), with opportunities to collaborate across teams and contribute to a caring, values-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Love of seniors and passion for enhancing lives through meaningful interactions.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm and positive rapport with residents, team members, and families.
• Previous experience working with seniors and/or memory care preferred.
• The ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute activities that help residents thrive, including exercise, arts, and social events.
• Assist residents with activities of their choice, coordinating group or individual engagements.
