Job summary

The Waters is seeking an Activities Coordinator to join the Petals Memory Care Program, providing resident-centered social connections to inspire joy and meaningful interactions.

You will develop and execute activities such as exercise classes, creative arts, social events, and off-site excursions, while supporting residents in activities of their choice.

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required; you will be part of a caring team dedicated to THRIVE and improving lives every day.

Qualifications

• A love of seniors and passion for enhancing lives.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm and positive rapport with residents, team members, and families.
• Previous experience working with seniors and/or memory care preferred.
• The ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Play a meaningful role in developing and executing activities which help our residents thrive.
• Assist residents with activities of their choice which may include group activities and/or personal engagements
