Job summary

The Waters in Lakeville, MN is hiring an Activities Coordinator for our Petals Memory Care Program. You will create meaningful social connections and life-enriching experiences for residents through activities spanning exercise, arts, social events, and therapies, helping them THRIVE in a caring community.

Qualifications

• A love of seniors and passion for enhancing lives through meaningful interactions.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm and positive rapport with residents, team members, and families.
• Previous experience with seniors and/or memory care, recreational therapy, education, hospitality, or related areas preferred.
• The ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include evenings and weekends, as appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute activities to help residents thrive, including exercise classes, creative arts, culinary creations, social interactions, personal engagements, and excursions.
• Assist residents with activities of their choice which may include group activities and/or personal engagements
