Job summary

The Waters Senior Living Management LLC in Minnesota is seeking an Activities Coordinator to develop and execute engaging activities for our residents, including exercise, arts, social events, and off-site excursions. This role supports the Petals Memory Care Program, fostering joy, meaningful interactions, and life fulfillment.

Schedule is M-F 8-4:30 with occasional weekends; benefits include medical/dental, 401k, PTO, and holiday pay.

Qualifications

• A love of seniors and passion for enhancing lives through meaningful interactions.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm and positive rapport with residents, team members, and families.
• Previous experience with seniors and/or memory care, recreational therapy, education, hospitality, or related areas preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include evenings and weekends, as appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Play a meaningful role in developing and executing activities which help residents thrive (exercise classes, creative arts, social interactions, etc.).
• Assist residents with activities of their choice including group activities and personal engagements.
