The Waters Senior Living Management LLC is seeking an Activities Coordinator for its Petals Memory Care program in Minnesota. This role focuses on providing person-centered social connections to inspire joy, meaningful interactions, and life fulfillment for residents.

You will develop and execute activities, support residents with preferred engagements, and contribute to a warm, thriving community where every moment matters.

Qualifications

• A love of seniors and passion for enhancing lives through meaningful interactions.
• Positive rapport with residents, team members, and families.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Play a meaningful role in developing and executing activities which help residents thrive.
• Assist residents with activities of their choice which may include group activities and/or personal engagements.
