Legend Senior Living in Yardley, PA, is seeking a Life Enrichment (Activities) Assistant to plan and execute engaging activities that enhance residents' quality of life. You will help develop calendars, budget for events, and coordinate with outside organizations to bring enriching experiences to residents.

The role requires a current, valid driver's license and the ability to transport residents in company vehicles, with the physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualificações

• Current, valid driver's license.
• Willingness to transport residents in company vehicles.
• Experience with seniors, event planning, or lesson planning is a plus.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, push/pull and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and implement resident activities, including calendar development, budgeting, coordinating with outside organizations, setup and cleanup.
• Ensure activities meet residents' needs and preferences.
• Oversee a specific life enrichment component as assigned (e.g., Memory Care).
• Coordinate transportation to outside events, including driving company vehicles when needed.
• Communicate effectively with residents and staff.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures and safety guidelines.
