Legend Senior Living Bethlehem is seeking a Life Enrichment (Activities) Assistant to plan and execute engaging resident activities. You will help create calendars, coordinate with outside groups, and ensure activities meet individual needs.

Responsibilities include budgeting, setup and cleanup, coordinating transportation in company vehicles, and communicating effectively with residents and staff. A valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Current, valid driver’s license required.
• Age 25 or older due to company insurance requirements.
• Clean driving record required.
• Willingness and ability to transport residents in company vehicles.
• Experience with seniors, event planning, lesson planning, or demonstrated creative skills preferred.
• Standing, walking, bending, pushing, pulling and lifting up to 50 lbs throughout shift.

Responsabilités

• Plan and implement resident activities, including calendar development, budgeting, coordinating with outside organizations, setup and cleanup.
• Help ensure activities meet residents’ needs and preferences.
• Oversee a specific life enrichment component (e.g. Memory Care, specific activity) as assigned.
• Coordinate transportation of residents to and from outside events, including driving company vehicle when needed.
• Communicate effectively with residents and staff.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures and safety guidelines.
