Harmony Senior Services, LLC in Nashville, TN is seeking a Life Enrichment Activities Assistant to support the Life Enrichment Director in designing and implementing engaging programs across Independent Living and Assisted Living neighborhoods.

You will help plan a monthly activity calendar based on wellness dimensions, lead 6–7 high-quality programs daily, and coordinate with the program team to encourage resident participation and satisfaction.

Qualifications

High School Diploma required or equivalent; entry-level position with 1–3 years' experience desired.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Flexible, imaginative, engaging, and passionate about working with seniors.
Experience organizing, conducting, and planning programs and activities.
Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Must be physically able to sit, stand, bend, kneel, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Assist Life Enrichment Director in designing, creating, initiating, facilitating, and implementing programs for IL and AL neighborhoods.
Lead 6–7 high-quality programs per day.
Survey residents to determine past and present interests and satisfaction with programs.
Coordinate with the program team to plan calendars, events, and outings for the upcoming month.
Promote programs by posting notices and posters; recruit and oversee volunteers as needed.
Assist in resident transportation to activities and off-site outings.
Organize and maintain programming areas and supplies and attend resident council meetings.
