Dial is seeking a Lifestyle Assistant to join our dedicated lifestyle team at Hyland Hills Senior Living. In this role you will help plan, implement, and lead activities across physical, social, recreational, educational, and creative categories for residents.

You will document daily resident engagement, coordinate outings, assist with decorations, and support marketing efforts like social media content. A high school diploma or GED and the ability to work flexible hours are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, implementing, and leading activities across multiple categories.
• Lead group activities and encourage resident participation.
• Document resident engagement daily in LifeLoop.
• Coordinate community outings, events, and celebrations as chaperone.
• Support social media content creation for the community.
• Drive the company vehicle for resident activities and appointments, as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance resident experiences.
