Job summary

BDO USA is seeking an Events Activation Senior Specialist to coordinate and plan outstanding live and online events for clients, contacts, and prospects. You will drive and monitor related activities with firm and account teams’ go-to-market strategies and manage end-to-end planning with vendors for successful day-of delivery.

Responsibilities include crafting event experiences that align with growth goals, ensuring cross-firm collaboration, and maintaining a high standard of quality and detail

Qualifications

• Four (4) or more years of marketing/event planning/administrative experience, required.
• Experience working in the Accounting, Financial Consulting, Business Advisory and/or Banking industries, preferred.
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency required.
• CRM experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owns the communication and logistics throughout the planning process.
• Negotiates with vendors to achieve maximum value for the best product and services.
• Oversees the event budget and ensures accuracy in developing estimates, working and actual spends.
• Handles all event audio-video production from concept to final production.
• Champions the BDO brand in all event marketing activities.
