Qualifications

• Four or more years of marketing and event planning experience.
• Experience working in the Accounting, Financial Consulting, Business Advisory and/or Banking industries preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owns the communication and logistics throughout the planning process.
• Works closely with Events Activation colleagues to create cross-firm collaboration in events.
• Possesses knowledge of contractual language as it pertains to meetings and events.
• Negotiates with vendors to maximize value for best products and services.
• Oversees the event budget and ensures accuracy in developing estimates and spends.
• Manages on-site supervision and post-event duties, including expense processing.
