THE·TEAM, headquartered in Los Angeles, is seeking a Senior Operations Manager/Associate Director to support high-profile NFL International activations on behalf of AMEX, coordinating planning, production, and on-site delivery across multiple markets.

You will own core production workstreams, manage budgets including larger budgets up to $2M+, ensure safety and compliance, and collaborate with senior leadership to deliver fan-first experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead multi-market activation programs.
• Strong budget management across complex projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and delivery of large-scale activations from planning through execution.
• Coordinate production elements, branding, signage and technical delivery.
• Lead on-site delivery across multiple markets and workstreams.
• Coordinate permits, visas, licenses, and freight for international work.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to escalate issues and implement solutions.
