Educational Media Foundation K-LOVE & Air1 Media Networks is seeking a seasoned events and promotions leader in Franklin, TN. This in‑office role will guide a team of event staff to implement national strategies across markets, while developing talent and managing budgets and partner relationships.

You will oversee live concerts, festivals, and experiential campaigns, ensuring high-quality execution and measurable results that align with ministry goals and brand values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or combination of education/training with relevant experience.
• 8–10 years’ experience in marketing, live events and promotions.
• 5+ years’ leadership experience managing a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of event and live staff across markets to execute strategy.
• Recruit, develop and coach talent to maximize performance.
• Manage multi‑market touring programs, street team operations, and immersive brand experiences.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with industry and event partners to achieve ministry goals.
• Own activation budgets, vendor contracts, and logistics planning.
