K-LOVE in Franklin, TN seeks a Senior Campaign Manager to lead integrated, multi-channel campaigns for assigned brands. You will partner with ministry teams to translate goals into effective campaigns across digital, radio, events, and mail.

Bring 5+ years of marketing and customer service experience, strong project management, and Wrike expertise. This onsite role offers growth, mentorship, and a mission-driven culture aligned with Christian values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communication, digital marketing, or combination of education/training with relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ marketing and customer service experience.
• Experience in agency or in‑house environments with multi‑brand/multi‑location environments, required.
• Experience in full, comprehensive campaign mediums (broadcast, outdoor, print, digital, and mail).
• Knowledge of the creative process, ability to commission creative development, and work with creative producers.
• Good understanding of current marketing trends.
• Exceptional project management skills and planning abilities.
• Ability to manage several marketing campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving with time management, budget, and process improvement.
• Strong computer skills with knowledge of Google and Microsoft Office Products.
• Experience using Project Management software (Wrike), preferred.
• Collaborative and flexible style with strong service mentality.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns from ideation through analysis.
• Serve as the lead marketing partner for assigned brands/products.
• Develop strategic campaign plans across digital, radio, events, direct mail, and more.
• Lead campaign planning meetings and ensure channel integration.
• Manage campaign calendars and ensure placements across channels.
• Collaborate with content producers and designers to deliver on-brand materials.
• Direct stakeholder communications and timely approvals.
• Oversee end-to-end campaign execution and timeline adherence.
• Monitor campaign performance and implement data-driven optimizations.
• Synthesize results into reports highlighting ROI and learnings.
• Mentor other Campaign Managers and share best practices.
• Shape SOPs for SMS/MMS workflows and supervise MMS quality.
• Foster collaboration and ministry-aligned communication.
