Pyrotecnico is seeking an Account Executive in Thousand Oaks, CA to identify, qualify, and close new business for live event production solutions including sound, lighting, and video. This front-line sales role emphasizes outbound prospecting, inbound lead conversion, and revenue growth through new client acquisition.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of sales in live events/AV, strong presentation and negotiation skills, and experience with CRM systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in live events/AV or creative services.
• Strong understanding of event production technologies (audio, lighting, video, LED walls).
• Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with strong time-management and follow-up discipline.
• Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent).

Responsabilités

• Proactively prospect and generate new business through cold outreach, networking events, referrals, and inbound lead follow-up.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to signed contract and deposit collection.
• Develop and present customized proposals that communicate technical and creative solutions.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Project Managers to ensure smooth handoff after deal close.
• Enter all deal data accurately into the CRM system and maintain up-to-date pipeline tracking.
