Jobot, a growing boutique law firm in Dallas, TX, is seeking a Hybrid Litigation Associate with 10+ years of experience. Salary ranges from $190,000 to $215,000 per year with a focus on leadership, strategy, and client service.

You will oversee attorneys and paralegals, supervise litigation strategy and matter progression, and influence hiring, workflow improvements, and technology adoption in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Qualificações

• Admission to the Texas State Bar.
• 10+ years of litigation experience.
• First chair trial experience preferred.
• Extensive real estate, business, commercial, insurance defense or relevant civil litigation experience.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day leadership, performance and development of attorneys and paralegals.
• Supervise legal strategy, work quality, matter progression, deadlines, and trial readiness; ensure staffing efficiency and risk management.
• Drive practice strategy, hiring and performance decisions, workflow improvements and technology adoption.
