Qualifications

• Admission to the Texas State Bar.
• 10+ years of litigation experience.
• First chair trial experience preferred.
• Extensive real estate, business, commercial, insurance defense or relevant civil litigation experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day leadership and development of attorneys and paralegals.
• Supervise legal strategy, work quality, matter progression, deadlines, and risk management.
• Drive practice strategy, hiring and performance decisions, workflow improvements and technology adoption.
