Job summary

Jobot is seeking junior- to mid-level IP litigation associates to join its Dallas office. The IP & Technology practice handles disputes from pre-suit investigations through trial, with opportunities to depose, argue motions, and work with technical experts.

This role suits technically minded litigators aiming high-value matters for leading technology clients, in a collaborative culture with mentorship and hybrid work.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academics.
• Active bar membership in Texas, or eligibility and willingness to become licensed in Texas promptly.
• Approximately 2–5 years of IP litigation experience in U.S. district courts, ITC, or PTAB.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage all phases of IP litigation in U.S. district courts, including pleadings, discovery, and trial prep.
• Handle Section 337 investigations before the ITC, including hearing prep.
• Draft petitions and responses for IPR/PGR proceedings before the PTAB.
• Collaborate with technical experts to develop infringement and damages positions.
• Mentor junior associates and supervise staff where appropriate.
