Qualifications

• Minimum of six years of litigation experience.
• Familiar with TRCP discovery protocols and filings in state and federal courts.
• Strong calendar management and MS Office skills.
• Proficiency in Westlaw, PACER/ECF, and Adobe.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume litigation docket and calendar deadlines.
• Draft correspondence, shell discovery responses, and pleading shells.
• Prepare hearing/trial notebooks and coordinate hearing schedules.
• Ensure timely filings in state and federal courts; overtime may be required.
