Jobot is recruiting a Litigation Partner or Of Counsel for a national law firm with a strong New York practice focused on litigation and insurance coverage. The role offers potential leadership responsibilities and cross-office collaboration.

The position is hybrid in New York with base compensation in the 210,000–275,000 USD range, and discretionary bonuses along with comprehensive benefits. NY admission and extensive defense experience are required.

Qualificações

• Active admission in the state of the selected office.
• New York: 7+ years of litigation and/or insurance coverage experience; JD with strong academic credentials.
• Dallas: 8+ years of relevant defense litigation experience, trial and arbitration experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead litigation strategy and handle court appearances, depositions, and motions.
• Provide responsive advice, case assessments, and client updates.
• Draf t coverage opinions and related documents for New York matters.
• Handle defense matters in Dallas involving hotels, premises liability, and commercial disputes.
• Supervise attorneys and bring trial/arbitration experience to active matters.
