Jobot, a growing boutique law firm, is looking for a Hybrid Litigation Associate with 10+ years of experience and Texas Bar admission to lead our litigation team in Dallas. This senior role combines courtroom leadership with strategic practice management and mentoring of attorneys and paralegals.

You will supervise litigation strategy, ensure matter progression and deadlines, monitor trial readiness, and drive hiring, workflow improvements, and technology adoption.

Qualifikationen

• Admitted to the Texas State Bar
• 10+ years of litigation experience
• First chair trial experience preferred
• Extensive real estate, business, commercial, insurance defense or relevant civil litigation experience

Aufgaben

• Oversee the day-to-day leadership, performance and development of attorneys and paralegals while ensuring accountability, effective delegation and consistent professional growth across the legal team.
• Supervise legal strategy, work quality, matter progression, deadlines, trial readiness, staffing efficiency and risk management, and drive practice strategy, hiring and performance decisions, workflow improvements and technology adoption.
