Jobot, a full-service civil law practice with deep roots in Texas, is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney in Fort Worth to join a collaborative, trial-driven team.

You will handle complex business, real estate, banking and creditor matters, manage pleadings through trial preparation, and work closely with senior attorneys while maintaining high-quality client service. Texas bar license required, JD and 2–5 years civil litigation experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited school.
• Active Texas bar license in good standing.
• 2–5 years of civil litigation experience in a law firm.
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters independently with high quality.
• Professional communication and client-facing confidence.

Responsibilities

• Manage civil litigation matters from pleadings through discovery and trial prep.
• Draft motions, briefs, discovery responses, and filings.
• Conduct legal research to support litigation strategy.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and management.
