TalentBridge partners with a premier Texas law firm seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney to join its Houston practice on a direct-hire basis. You will lead complex matters, drive strategy, and develop client relationships in a Hybrid Houston team.

The ideal candidate holds a Texas license and JD with substantial independent litigation experience, especially in first-party property insurance or related civil matters. Hybrid work and growth await.

Formación

• Active Texas law license and Juris Doctor degree.
• Substantial independent litigation management experience.
• Background in first-party property insurance litigation preferred.
• Experience in commercial litigation, construction disputes, insurance defense, or complex civil litigation.
• Proven ability to handle depositions, discovery, motions, negotiations, and courtroom proceedings.

Responsabilidades

• Lead litigation matters from initial evaluation through settlement or trial.
• Develop case strategies, prepare legal filings, and manage discovery and depositions.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
• Handle disputes involving property insurance coverage, claims, and related civil litigation.
• Build trusted relationships with clients, industry professionals, and referral partners.
• Collaborate with colleagues on complex legal matters and provide guidance to junior attorneys.
• Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and support practice growth.
