Job summary

Ice Miller LLP is a national law firm seeking an experienced litigation Legal Services Assistant to support multiple attorneys in our litigation practice group. Candidates must possess strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail to be successful in this position.

Salary range is $60,000 to $80,000 annually, with the possibility of adjustment based on experience. The role includes e-filing, drafting pleadings, managing deadlines, coordinating travel, and maintaining

Qualifications

• Five years of experience as a legal services assistant or other legal support position.
• Experience supporting Litigation Attorneys.
• Strong technology skills with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent client service skills in person, over the phone and via email.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of administrative practice for the litigation group.
• E-file in federal and state courts and follow local/judge requirements.
• Prepare and process outgoing correspondence and arrange courier services.
• Monitor, organize and prioritize ongoing client projects.
• Organize and maintain electronic and physical files.
• Schedule meetings and manage calendars for multiple assignments.
• Docket deadlines and court dates; handle legal document shells.
