Job summary

Ice Miller LLP in Indianapolis is seeking a Litigation & Practice Support Analyst to support day-to-day litigation technology needs across cases and projects, leveraging eDiscovery best practices to collect, organize, analyze, and produce documents. The role collaborates with attorneys and staff, provides training, and manages processing, analytics, and productions, ensuring defensibility and compliance with firm policies.

Travel as needed and extended hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum of four years of experience in eDiscovery or litigation support.
• Certifications such as CEDS, RCA, or TrialDirector Administrator preferred.
• Experience with Relativity and TrialDirector strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply a thorough understanding of eDiscovery best practices throughout all phases of the litigation lifecycle.
• Utilize analytics and technology-assisted review tools to enhance document review efficiency.
• Manage the collection and processing of data types including mobile devices, messaging platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Oversee backend eDiscovery processing, analytics, and production, internally or via external vendors.
• Build and manage electronic databases for document review and production.
• Set up and manage document review projects ensuring defensibility and policy compliance.
• Process, manage, edit, and create electronic productions for litigation and regulatory matters.
• Maintain data integrity during processing, conversion, formatting, importing, and exporting.
