Qualifications

• 8+ years handling defense litigation across hospitality, premises, or general liability.
• Experience in trial and arbitration.
• Leadership and supervision of multiple attorneys and staff.
• Appearances in Federal and State courts.
• Admitted to practice in Texas and available for Texas meetings/court appearances.

Responsibilities

• Lead the litigation practice and manage associates and support staff.
• Develop defense strategy and supervise casework.
• Coordinate with clients and ensure timely court appearances.
