Job summary

AMS Staffing Inc. in Nashville, TN is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our Nashville law firm client, supporting attorneys from onset through post-trial.

The role requires strong research, document management, and the ability to handle multiple priorities with meticulous attention to detail; travel may be required.

You'll assist with motion practice, trial prep, e-discovery, and filing, ensuring compliance with federal and state rules and maintaining trial calendars.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and Paralegal Certification preferred; equivalent experience considered
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal on complex matters
• NALA certification preferred
• Exceptional computer skills with ability to learn new software quickly

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in all stages of litigation from onset through post-trial
• Oversee organization of documents, case materials, and tracking spreadsheets
• Assist with document reviews, production, and fact development with databases
• Perform legal research and cite-checking; draft pleadings and motions
• Support trial prep, prepare notebooks, organize exhibits, and calendar management
• Maintain timely timekeeping records and travel as needed
