Trustpoint.One in Nashville is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our prestigious practice, handling high-end civil litigation with exposure to Entertainment Law. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience, trial/courtroom work, and a strong command of federal and state civil procedure, discovery, e-discovery, pleadings, motions, and legal research.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Litigation Paralegal experience REQUIRED.
• Trail/Courtroom experience is needed.
• Experience working in a prestigious law firm or sophisticated litigation practice.
• Extensive trial preparation and courtroom experience.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state rules of civil procedure and evidence.
• Experience with discovery, document review, e-discovery, pleadings, motions, legal research, and trial support.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex matters with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and litigation technology.
• Experience with Relativity, Everlaw, or similar e-discovery platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex civil litigation matters from inception through trial.
• Coordinate trial preparation and courtroom logistics.
• Handle discovery, pleadings, motions, and legal research.
• Provide detailed case management and timely updates to attorneys.

A prestigious, well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its Nashville team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a seasoned legal professional with 10+ years of experience supporting high-end, complex civil litigation matters in a sophisticated law firm environment. (with exposure to Entertainment Law)

The ideal candidate will have a strong litigation background, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work closely with accomplished attorneys on significant matters from case inception through trial and post-trial proceedings.
