Qualifications

• Minimum ten years of trial/arbitration litigation experience.
• Experience with Relativity discovery platform.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Styles.

Responsibilities

• Prepare petitions, discovery requests, and motions.
• Prepare case correspondence and notebooks for deposition, hearings, trials, and arbitrations.
• Attend depositions, hearings, trials, and arbitrations.
• Prepare notebooks and witness kits for trial and deposition.
• Prepare subpoenas, releases, and records requests.
• Perform legal research and cite checking.
• Organize client documents and manage pleadings and discovery for production.
• Maintain calendar of pre-trial deadlines and scheduling orders.
• Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and firm staff.
