Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Litigation Paralegal for its Chicago office to support attorneys in complex litigation, coordinate document productions, file court documents, and assist with trial preparation.

The role is onsite and requires at least 5 years of litigation experience, strong trial background, and proficiency with Relativity, PACER, TextMap, MS Office, and e‑filing systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of litigation paralegal experience.
• Significant trial experience required.
• Proficiency with Relativity, PACER, TextMap and MS Office.
• Comfort with federal and state e-filing.

Responsibilities

• Organize documents and coordinate document productions in litigation matters.
• Prepare, review, and file court documents in federal and state courts.
• Conduct legal research, fact investigations, and cite-checking.
• Prepare witness materials and deposition exhibits.
• Coordinate depositions and trial logistics, and assist attorneys at trials.
• Serve as a liaison between attorneys, departments, and vendors.
