The role collaborates with attorneys and paralegal teams throughout all phases of litigation, from initiation through trial, including matters before federal courts and administrative bodies.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting complex IP litigation end-to-end.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively across offices.

Responsibilities

• Support all stages of IP litigation, including case management, filings, and trial preparation.
• Draft and assist with court filings in federal and state courts.
• Manage discovery: document collection, review, organization, and production.
• Assist with infringement and invalidity contentions and related filings.
• Support claim construction briefing and hearing preparation.
• Conduct cite-checking, proofreading, and Bluebook compliance.
• Prepare materials for depositions, hearings, and client meetings.
• Maintain case files, dockets, and deadlines.
• Mentor junior paralegals and legal assistants.
