Qualifications

• Seven years of experience in traditional litigation paralegal functions.

Responsibilities

• Assists attorneys in all stages of complex litigation matters.
• Manages case files, calendars, discovery tasks and trial activities.
• Oversee document reviews, privilege logs, and related searches.
• Prepare trial notebooks, organize exhibits, and coordinate with vendors.
• Coordinate state and federal filings with court service copies.
• Mentor junior paralegals and allocate workloads.
• Proactively manage workflow and communicate with attorneys.
• Ability to work after hours and travel for trials as needed.
