Job summary

Washington Auto Law is expanding its litigation team and seeking a Senior Litigation Paralegal who thrives in a tech-forward, remote-friendly environment. You will own files, workflows, and the digital infrastructure needed to scale our growing litigation department.

Responsibilities include trial preparation, managing discovery, and drafting complex documents. Candidates should have 10+ years in litigation support, with a focus on auto-accident cases and a paralegal credential or higher degree.

Qualifications

• 10+ years as a litigation paralegal, plaintiff-side focus
• Experience handling auto-accident personal injury matters
• ABA-approved paralegal certificate or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Organized, detail-oriented with tight deadlines and calm under pressure
• Empathy for traumatized clients and teamwork
• Ability to work remotely with occasional Renton office collaboration

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of files, workflows, and digital infrastructure
• Manage case files through trial preparation and submittal
• Draft and respond to discovery requests and production
• Prepare pristine, courtroom-ready trial binders and documentation
