Adams & Martin Group in San Francisco is seeking a Senior Litigation Paralegal to join our high-impact team. You will support complex matters from inception to trial, arbitration, and resolution, partnering with experienced attorneys and leveraging advanced litigation technology.

The role emphasizes precision, deadlines, and confidentiality, with opportunities to mentor junior staff and influence case strategy.

Formación

• 10+ years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm or corporate environment.
• Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate from an accredited program.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal court procedures, local rules, e‑filing, and deadlines.
• Hands-on experience with eDiscovery platforms and document management systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsabilidades

• Partner with attorneys on case assessment, strategy development, discovery, trial prep, and resolution.
• Prepare, proofread, and file pleadings, motions, briefs, and other documents in courts and arbitration proceedings.
• Cite-check citations and ensure filings comply with court rules.
• Manage large case files and electronic discovery databases.
• Monitor deadlines and maintain litigation calendars; prepare exhibits and trial binders.
• Support attorneys during depositions, arbitrations, hearings, and trials.
• Utilize eDiscovery and trial presentation tools to support strategy.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to process improvements.
