The ideal candidate has 10+ years in big-law litigation, extensive trial and courtroom support, and strong proficiency with MS Office, legal research platforms, and document management systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate.
• 10+ years of litigation paralegal experience in big law.
• Extensive trial attendance and courtroom support experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex litigation matters, including case calendars, deadlines, and document workflows.
• Coordinate discovery processes, document collection, productions, and privilege logs.
• Organize, maintain, and manage large volumes of electronic and physical case materials.
• Prepare pleadings, exhibits, court filings, and trial materials.
• Support attorneys during depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Conduct legal and factual research using legal research databases and public records resources.
• Track and manage trial exhibits, evidence, and courtroom logistics.
• Mentor junior paralegals and assist with workflow coordination.
• Collaborate with attorneys, litigation support professionals, and external service providers.
