Job summary

Responsibilities include cite-checking, Blue Booking, witness preparation, discovery, and eDiscovery workflows. Requires 6+ years paralegal experience in a specific practice area and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Supports attorneys with substantive cases and firm initiatives.
• Exercises strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook; fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drafts simple pleadings and assists with major motions and filings.
• Performs cite-checking, fact-checking, Blue Booking and Shepardizing.
• Prepares for witness interviews, hearings, depositions, trials or arbitrations.
• Maintains document databases for case tracking, discovery and production.
• Uses Relativity and eDiscovery tools; manages production logs.
