Job summary

DLA Piper in the United States is seeking a Senior Litigation Support Analyst to join the firm’s technology-enabled litigation team. You will work with project managers and case teams to plan, organize, research, analyze, argue, and present cases efficiently.

This role involves day-to-day data management, support of review platforms, ESI processing, and mentoring teammates. A hybrid office schedule across US locations allows collaboration and flexibility.

Qualifications

• 6 years of experience in litigation technology support.
• Experience with Relativity, Concordance, LiveNote, CaseMap and Sanction.
• Must be able to manage data review and ESI workflows.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing cases and projects through the litigation process.
• Create and support databases and review layouts.
• Provide daily metrics and perform quality control on data productions.
• Process ESI for upload into data review platform.
• Assist attorney in trial preparation and set-up of electronic equipment.
• Assist with data imports and exports and data manipulation.
• Process ESI through technology applications for data analysis.
• Target ESI collection from hard drives and backup tapes; assist as needed.
• Provide timelines and estimates to the project manager for all data being processed.
• Mentor other team members and help maintain best practices.
• Other duties as assigned.
