Job summary

Bowditch & Dewey, LLP seeks an experienced associate for its Litigation Practice Area. The role supports assigning attorneys across all phases of litigation from inception through trial, with a hybrid schedule in Boston, Southborough or Worcester.

Minimum five to ten years in commercial litigation and a JD from an accredited law school are required; MA Bar admission is essential. The position offers a three-day-in-office hybrid work model and full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Five to ten years of experience in commercial litigation.
• JD from an accredited law school; MA Bar admission required.
• Strong organizational and proofreading skills; fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs and correspondence with high accuracy.
• Assist in all phases of litigation, including motions, depositions and trials.
• Prepare and analyze voluminous discovery; identify key documents.
• Manage court appearances, depositions and mediations; client communication.
• Support trial preparation and supervise junior staff as needed.
