Responsibilities include document management, discovery, trial preparation, and drafting for attorney review. Candidates should have five+ years in litigation paralegal work and experience in labor and employment matters, with proficiency in Relativity

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of litigation paralegal experience.
• Labor and employment litigation experience required.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and manage client documents and data.
• Conduct background checks and collect records as needed.
• Draft documents for attorney review (disclosures, motions, orders).
• Assist with motions for summary judgment and exhibits.
• Prepare documents for production with Bates labeling.
