Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school.
• Admission to the Washington State Bar.
• 4+ years of relevant litigation experience, preferably representing employers in labor and employment matters.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Strong organizational, communication, and case-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing employment litigation matters through multiple stages of a case.
• Drafting pleadings, written discovery, motions, and other filings.
• Preparing responses and position statements in administrative agency proceedings.
• Conducting legal research and developing clear, persuasive written advocacy.
• Working strategically with colleagues and clients to evaluate risk and develop practical solutions.
